Bill Anderson helps companies obtain the best terms
possible on office space. This includes negotiating lease renewals
as well as leases for companies moving their offices.
His clients include architects, advertising agencies,
law firms, and many technology-based companies. In keeping with
Austin's development as a high-tech center, more than 50% of his
clients are engaged in software development or hardware manufacturing.
Internet and computer games companies have been among Bill's recent
clients. Previous clients include companies in the Austin Software
Council and the Austin Technology Incubator. He currently represents
the Austin space needs of four publicly-traded companies.
Bill's philosophy is to employ a "team"
approach to solve his clients' space needs. This includes working
with architects, contractors, moving companies, telephone vendors,
and other support services, all of which help to ensure a smooth
and efficient transition for the client.
A native Austinite, Bill holds a Bachelor of Science
degree from the University of Texas. He is a member of the Entrepreneurs'
Association and the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association.
